It's been a busy few months since the NEC Homebuilding and Renovating show, with jobs coming in thick and fast. The latest of which has been the new house builder 'Springwood Homes'. We've been working on some lovely marketing images for their new detached properties, really making a feature of the unique living room extension, which will surely be the selling point of these great new homes.

We're delighted to announce our latest client, Tesco! We've been commissioned to produce some visualisations of their massive distribution warehouse in Livingston, which is currently under construction. It has been a challenging and extremely rewarding project, working on buildings and landscape model of such enormous scale. So far feedback has been extremely positive and we look forward to building on this fantastic opportunity.

Not only can you now see your property before it is built, but you can also look around it as if your standing in it! With loads of great work under our belt, our director Matthew Sugden has had the pleasure of working with 'Ian Simpson Architects' in Manchester, arguably one of the most prominent architectural practises in the UK. He has been project leading a whole range of visualisation schemes with their in-house team,  helping them represent in 3D some of the fantastic cutting edge tall building designs they have in the pipeline.

With our continuing success on projects in and around Leeds, we have been lucky enough to be offered some more work slightly further a field, in Nottingham.

We really wanted to show you the transformation from building plot, to 3D visualisation, to clearly identify the difference marketing off plan, to showing your customers what your building is really going to look like.

We've just been commissioned to produce a series of exterior images and an interior walk through for a client developing a site for log cabins. This wonderful opportunity really is capitalising on our ability to produce completely bespoke 3D models, and using our new cutting edge lighting algorithms has produced some truly breath taking animations. Work is still pouring in, with some really diverse projects just completed and currently in progress. We've just finished some work for 'The London Basement Company', creating some views of a basement that doesn't yet exist. You can read their comments on the right. Also just completed is a video tour of two beautiful detached houses, just situated on the moors near Wigan. Our client was very keen to sell the properties on the fantastic views and local scenery, so we created a tour for them demonstrating the actual view from the picture window on the 1st floor landing. Things are really hotting up here at virtual-living, it's been none stop recently with projects down in London, Birmingham, Oldham and this week Bolton. Currently we're developing a marketing package of Exterior images and Internal video walkthroughs, for what's turning out to be really enjoyable project. We're steadily building up a strong return client base, and with new clients lining up to get some superb 3D images, there's no stopping us. We're pleased to announce that we have just been commissioned to produce a series of video walkthroughs for an exclusive new development in Durham City Centre, on behalf of Newton Moor construction. They wanted virtual living to create 4 virtual show houses demonstrating their finished apartment blocks, showing the magnificent views of Durham cathedral. And of course, this is all happening before the foundations have even gone down!

Once again we have achieved massive success at the 'Harrogate Homebuilding and Renovating Show', attracting new customers from all sectors of the construction industry and building on our solid client base of forward thinking property developers. We've also made new friends with 'Clarion Events' who have recognised the huge marketing potential by using our images, and have taken the pioneering step of providing cutting edge graphics for selling their new 'Self Build Home Show' to be held at the NEC, which proves to be a breakthrough exhibition. Continuing the growth of our company, we are now offering clients 'Site Overview' graphics. These 2D graphics represent the site layouts of larger developments and are now being offered as another of virtual-living's quality services. "We have taken on board these types of graphics in order to deliver a more comprehensive package for clients, though we feel there is room to develop this service further, with a view to eventually producing cutting edge interactive 3D site plans" Matt Sugden - company director.

We're delighted to announce our latest client Reeds Rains, Land and New Homes Division. We've recently been appointed to produce visualisations for their numerous clients, starting with Hillstone Developments, who are currently working on a scheme of 20 new four bedroom properties in Huddersfield. It seems our design attitude and flair for creating top quality, high level of detail building models has not gone unnoticed. We've been approached by a top television production company to provide high end graphics for a forthcoming TV series airing on the Discovery Home Channel later this year. Needless to say we are delighted at the prospect of being able to raise the bar for visualisations of properties on the box! They've been so impressed with the work we've done so far, that they will actually be featuring us in one of the episodes, to explain to viewers why visualisation is so important in property development. We're pleased to announce our latest customer, G&R New Homes. Having spotted our article in the Manchester Evening News back in November last year, they have been waiting patiently to use us on their most recent project "The Coach House Development", on Bramhall Lane South. They said they are delighted with the images, and mentioned that they wished they'd known about us for previous projects. G&R had previously been using watercolour artists impressions, but now they can market  their new homes, with an unparalleled level of realism. Building work is just starting.

We're pleased to announce our latest project,  the prestigious "Arundel Howe" re-development in Whitby, on behalf of the BHD partnership. We've secured a deal to produce a photo-realistic video walk through of this exciting new development, showing both the historic building as well as highlighting the new dwellings designed to complement the character of the original building. Once again we are proving that we can deliver cutting edge media at a realistic price. Look out for the video on here shortly.

On the back of our growing relationship with WDi properties, we've kindly been asked by their architects 'Studio Verna' to produce a cross section visual for the latest 'Reform' development, on Burnley Road in Rawtenstall. They've been so delighted with the brochure image, that it has now been enlarged to billboard size, so it is attracting attention of all the unsuspecting motorists! 2005 has been a very busy year for us so far, with one of the reasons being a great new partnership ThermoneX Basements Ltd. We've already done 2 video walkthrough projects this year for our subterranean friends and we're looking forward to more business from them in the coming months. Recently completed, the St Annes project for WDi properties. A project spanning many different aspects of 3D visualisation for us, including detailed vaulted ceilings, beautiful stone archways and contemporary design interiors. virtual-living has not only provided WDi with all their 3D imagery but has also been responsible for creating their new corporate WDi Homepage from which all their sales and marketing will now take place. We're pleased to announce that we've secured our first major contract on the back of the Harrogate show, with many more pending. Bryn Hall have kindly asked us to assist them with the design and visualisation of their newly refurbished 3 storey mill; a furniture outlet based in Congleton. This will be a terrific project for us, and a departure from our usual contemporary design, focussing mainly on traditional antique furniture pieces and shop fitting design.

Following the tremendous success of our hit and run mail shot to a carefully selected list of southern estate agents, virtual-living continues to spread it's wings with some very interesting new opportunities on the horizon.
