you through the process of a building project. But sometimes there
is a gap between the technical expertise of the architect and a
thorough understanding of the project from the client's point of
view.
Often we hear how self-builders have a clear idea of what they want
to achieve, but lack the ability to think in three dimensions or
don't have the
technical know how to interpret the architects drawings, and that is
where we come in.

visualising your project in 3D, virtual living brings plan drawings
to life and is able to add detailed touches to the building model
which will fully represent your ideas and design choices. This makes
it easier for you to understand the scope of your project and will
give you a far better grasp of the spaces and the character of the
building you about to produce. This process also gives you an
invaluable opportunity to try out different design choices such as
building materials or window styles for instance.
As part
of our bespoke service we can be commissioned to model specific
pieces of furniture, to see how they will fit into the
interior scheme, model bathroom and kitchen layouts to the exact
manufacturers specifications, and also demonstrate lighting schemes,
using real world IES lighting simulations if required. In short our
service is a very effective way to give you an unparallel insight
into how the building will look when it is completed.
